Losing a Notefile Password

Q. I have a password-protected notefile, and I have lost/forgotten the password. Can you help me access my file?

A. NO. There is no way to determine the password of a notefile or to recover one; the password is not actually stored in the notefile. As for the notefile contents, in a password-protected notefile they are encrypted and therefore cannot be recovered without the password (which is why one uses a password in the first place).
