(141) Don't prompt for backup during shutdown

If Windows is shutting down, should skip prompting to perform a backup, otherwise Windows may decide to forcibly terminate myTasks if the prompt is not answered quickly enough.

If myTasks is running and the user reboots or logs off, some configuration changes (columns and shortcuts notably) may not be saved.
