(396) Comma not allowed in Setup icon group

When installing, you cannot select or create and icon group containing a comma in its name - an error message results. In actual fact, commas are legal in group names; this is an error in the installer tool used.
Severity: Normal
Workaround: Use another name, and rename the icon group via Explorer. Alternatively, use a semicolon instead of a comma.

(397) Note New/Rename dialog character set problem

If the title pane's font uses Cyrillic (for example), but the user's locale is (say) British, the New/Rename dialog will display/edit using the wrong character set.

(403) Drag-drop links into editor ends up in wrong place

When making a link in a jot note through drag&drop the link does not land at the desired position if the note is scrolled down when the link is made. The X/Y-position of the cursor is obviously calculated without the offset for the downward scroll. The result is that the note first scrolls to the top and then the link is placed on the XY-position of the cursor. This appears to be an issue in the MS RichEdit control.
