(177) Print single note in endless loop

Print a single note with Child Notes off, will attempt to print the same note endlessly. If Child Notes is on, prints correctly.

(180) Focus jumps to editpane during titlepane selection

When moving up/down the titlepane, the focus can jump to the editpane. This seems to be fairly random, without an obvious cause. 2.2.0 does not seem to have this behaviour. Focus issue with the color button.

When the Note|New dialog is displayed, the edit control is not necessarily selected - focus issue on form.show.
