(22) Update file extension in save dialog

If you do a Save As and change the file type, the selected name is not modified to reflect the new default extension. This can result in a file which cannot be read, though they are not in any way corrupted.
Severity: Serious
Workaround: Just edit the filename to use the correct extension.

(42) Regular expressions disabled

The regular expression search/replace option is always disabled.

If a note's title is printed very near the bottom of the page, the note itself tends to vanish, i.e. the note's text is not printed, and the next column or page starts with the title of the next note.

If a search matches in the title and the note has no text, an assertion is raised.

(65) String ordering problems

String order does not seem to work reliably when you are doing heavy re-ordering. New insertions dropped on a string parent are sometimes two or three notes out of place. It clears on close and re-open.
