Palm Springs - King Stairs Software announces the release of myTasks™ 1.5.0, its award-winning to-do list manager for Microsoft Windows. myTasks lets you organize your tasks, meetings, events, and social life with an easy-to-use interface that can be configured to your personal preferences.

myTasks 1.5.0 is a major upgrade, with many useful enhancements: A redesigned user interface supporting Windows XP themes, improved HTML export, new alarm options, more printing options, and additional filtering and display options. Many user requests are implemented in this release, and the help file has been completely rewritten to make myTasks even easier to use than before.

Using a list metaphor, myTasks lets you organize tasks in many different ways with categories, task groups, and configurable sorting and filtering options. In addition to the standard to-do item properties such as priority and due date, you have eight user-defined properties to hold any extra information you need (for example a customer ID or a telephone number). Each task can have an alarm time assigned, and of course the alarm dialog includes a "snooze" button!

myTasks can import and export many standard file formats including XML, HTML, iCalendar, comma-delimited (CSV) and plain text. Tasks can be linked to external websites or files which can be launched with a single mouse click.
